About Me
I strongly believe that all healing is self-healing and is an innate potential of every one of us. My role as facilitator is to support and positively influence this process of empowerment to become whole via self-care and complimentary therapies.
My passion to explore and work with the human realm was ignited by my university studies in Psychology, followed by growing organic food on Vancouver Island and working towards food security and healthy lifestyles. I then found myself ‘hOMe’ in Tofino (the traditional unceded territory of the Tla-o-qui-aht First Nations) and its ever-inspiring landscape, where I helped a friend run her budding health food store and plunged into a path of discovery of the human body, biofield, and spirit.
Currently I practice Foot Reflexology RCRT, Certified Bowen Therapy CBT, Reiki II, and Registered Aromatherapy EOT, with additional training in Lomilomi massage, Healing Touch, Craniosacral, Yoga RYT200, and an Herbal Apprenticeship.
Thank you to my many mentors (Linda Baril, Jonathan Damonte, Mahada Thomas, Beverley Hawkins, Noelani Bennett, Janet Mentgen, Kari Toft, Dede Monette, Kerry Lawson, Jessy Delleman and Harmony Pillon, and so many more!) and their teachings that have enhanced my own life, and that I feel very fortunate to share with others.
I am especially grateful to every client with whom I have the privilege to connect with on their self-care journey, and for their trust and openness in taking time to explore body, mind and spirit.
